I help behavioral health owners build businesses that last. With thirty years in the field, I work with clinics, facilities, and private practices as a consultant, a speaker, and a coach. I write the policies and procedures, build the compliance and billing systems, and guide owners through licensing, hiring, funding, and staying compliant in a world that now includes AI. I came into this field all heart, the way most of us do, until I learned what it really takes to keep the doors open. Now I make sure the people called to this work have both: the heart, and the foundation to stand on.
